  • A Daisy hat for the Spring! 25 February 2016 | View comments

  • Hi there

We've had some beautiful sunny days here in Oxfordshire this week. Still pretty 'nippy' but it really does feel like Spring is just around the corner.

As mentioned in my last post, I have been working on some lightweight baby hats for my Little Pickle Knits collection. The colours are fresh and cool with pretty floral accents which i feel are perfect for the Spring.

Here is my 'Little Daisy Flower' beanie which is shown here in Rowan Wool Cotton 4ply. I have used 'Celanden', a soft duck egg blue with 'Antique' and 'Butter'.

You can find both my 'Little Daisy Flower' beanie and my 'Little Tulip' beanie PDF knitting patterns in What's New!

These little newborn beanies shown here each took one evening to knit so there is easily time to knit some for this Spring.

I have another couple of Spring beanies just going through final pattern checking.... so do pop back again very soon.

    Happy knitting!

    Linda Whaley
