This 'Little Stripe' baby hat and 'Little Snowflake' baby mittens knitting pattern bundle is a quick and easy project for you....and an adorable handmade festive gift for a baby boy or baby girl.
Sizes 0-3m 3-6m 6-12m
These knits are worked flat on a pair of 2.75mm and 3.25mm (US2 and US3) single pointed needles, and you will only need 1 x 50gm 4 Ply ball of each colour for a hat and mittens set in any of these sizes.
Use any 4ply (or US sport) yarn that knits on 3.25mm needles to the tension listed below. The knits shown here are knitted in Bergere De France Caline 4ply.

Oatmeal = 10 ( 15, 20) gms (for the trim and main 2 colour stripe)
Brownish grey 5 ( 5, 10) gms (for the rib)
Darning/tapestry needle.
