Knit this pretty 4 Ply preemie & baby hat to keep tiny babies warm.
This little lace / eyelet baby hat knitting pattern is both easy and quick to knit.
Three preemie sizes are also included in this knitting pattern to ensure the tiniest premature baby has a hat that fits perfectly.

1-2lbs, 2-3lbs, 4-6lbs, Baby 0-3 months, Baby 3-6 months
The little prem and baby hats shown here have been knitted in Rowan's beautifully soft Summerlight Cotton 4 Ply on 2.25mm (US1) and 3mm (US2.5) needles.
Use this yarn or another 4 Ply yarn of your choice that knits up to the tension listed below

You will need:
1 pair of 2.25mm (US1) single pointed needles / or DPNs
1 pair of 3mm (US2.5) single pointed needles / or DPNs
Rowan Summerlite 4ply cotton
7 (8, 9, 10, 12) gm
Darning/tapestry needle
Separate detailed instructions are included to knit this hat either:
FLAT on a pair of SINGLE POINTED needles / or IN THE ROUND on DPNs
